S&T’s attention to detail and finest execution team completed work on the refurbishment of 47 guest rooms in the Regent Wing, the formation of the new Sterling Suite and Club Lounge and the construction of two link bridges between the lounge and main hotel building. New air-handling and extract plant was installed. Also the existing plant on the ground and first floor was replaced and 12 shower cubicles enlarged.
