General Contracting

General Contracting Division is building iconic and strategic projects dotting Muscat – Capital of Oman, and other neighbouring regions. The total built-up area is over 4.57 million sq. ft which is a clear evidence of our strengths and capabilities. S&T has a robust pipeline of 25 ongoing civil construction projects in Oman. S&T is registered under ‘Excellence Category’ in Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Tender Board, Ministry of Defense.  S&T is an approved contractor with Joint Supplier Registration System for the Oman Oil & Gas Industry and Oman Society of Contractors.

The General Contracting division has been successful in securing projects worth USD 30.485 Million for the year 2015.

The Civil division of General Contracting has alone won projects worth USD 28.764 Million. These projects include ORPIC Administration building & Renaissance at Duqm amounting to USD 26.947 Million & USD 1.817 Million respectively.

In addition to the above mentioned projects, the division has also won projects worth USD 1.721 Million from other client.

Our major projects and clients include the WATER-FRONT, S&T Real Estate, Muscat; Marble & Granite Factory, S&T Marble, Sohar; Corporate Centre, Saud Bahwan Group, Wattayah; Construction of Permanent Accommodation for Contractors at Duqm, Renaissance, Oman.

S&T has a robust pipeline of 25 ongoing civil construction projects for 2015-16 in Muscat and neighbouring regions.
