LLC (S&T) established the company in 1977 and has built an iconic company known for its exemplary work in Interiors. He is currently the Chairman of S&T Group of Companies, a leading multinational and multiproduct conglomerate with operations in 15 countries.Through the unique entrepreneurial vision and execution, Brig. Gen (Retd.) Sulaiman achieved what most refer to as a dream and turned a small carpentry business into a multinational conglomerate with the highest standards of business integrity.Having started his military career in the Royal Guard of Oman, he continued his very successful tenure with the armed forces for the next 28 years gaining many highly decorated awards, orders and decorations.
• Waqas Al Adawi Vice Chairman Waqas Al Adawi, the Vice Chairman of S&T Group, is a young suave leader named as the 38th most influential leader in the GCC by Construction Week in their Power 100, 2018 list. He was named the ‘Male Leader of the Year’ MEED Awards 2018. Waqas spearheads the company’s thrust on continuous quality improvement, oversees its global operations and plays a key role in catalyzing ambitious projects to ensure accelerated pace of growth. He is an alumnus of Tufts University, Boston, USA where he completed his Bachelors in Arts and soon joined his family run company as its Director at a young age. He majored in economics, did his internship at UBS Paine Webber, USA and management training in Bangalore, India. • John E.J Executive Director & CEO – Qatar John E.J has been with S&T for over 25 years, where he began as a Sales Manager and held several positions in the area of Business Development, Commercial and Operations. With an all round experience of interior fit-outs and contracting business, he has played a key role in establishing the S&T foothold in Qatar. He is the Executive Director and C.E.O of Qatar operations. • Dinesh Manjunath CEO – India Dinesh Manjunath’s 30 years of professional career spans across leading Indian, Multi-national banks in India and abroad, and also a leading hospitality and real estate conglomerate. He is an experienced and accomplished Banking and Finance Executive with pre-eminent General Management capability based on his signature skills in leadership, Board collaboration, business development, pragmatic general management and strategic thinking, corporate finance and risk management expertise.

• Venugopal Nanjan  CEO of Centre of Excellence (COE), India; Director Operations – S&T India; Global Head of IT Operations Venugopal Nanjan is a veteran in the interior fitout and engineering design industry with an experience of over 25 years across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Venu has led various prestigious ID projects for S&T globally with his in-depth knowledge, engineering and technical expertise and exceptional client-serving capabilities. He has successfully executed large-scale projects in Oman, Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Turkmenistan, India, Sri Lanka, and France, to name a few. Venu has been instrumental in the growth of Interiors division in Muscat, leading the factory & design centre operations, launching the COE as an engineering excellence centre in 2010, leading the high-profile Mandarin project in Doha, and lately, managing India operations.
• Phani Kumar Financial Controller An Accounting and Finance professional with over 14 years of experience, Phani Kumar is currently leading the Group Corporate finance function involving Treasury, Banking, Finance, Group Accounts and Compliance. He manages the Group’s financial interest and activities across Contracting, Real estate, IT, Health Care, Marble Mining, Trading Business and other investments spread across geographies.

• Arundhati Seigell Head Corporate Communications Arundhati heads Corporate Communications at S&T and has been instrumental in the global rebranding of the company. She has over 18+ years of experience in communications strategy, reputation management, brand communications and engagement. Arundhati’s forte lies in setting up and establishing the corporate communications function, which she has now done, successfully for over 10 years. She has a diverse industry experience that spans across various organisations including the United Nations, British Council, IT, Corporate and Manufacturing sector, both in India and internationally.
