S&T completed the fit-out of a residential apartment mock-up on the Holland Park project at Campden Hill for Multiplex and Native Land.
The mock-up was constructed off-site and used as a benchmark for the main works and as a learning tool for material choices and interfaces between elements to implement on the main works. This prestigious residential development, will be delivered to achieve a minimum Code for Sustainable Homes of Level 4, and contain 72 apartments (including 4 penthouses), a single level basement, reception and spa areas that will provide approximately 270,000 square feet gross of high specification residential space.
S&T executed the full fit-out of the apartment mock-up to a very tight timescale. Native Land (Client) was delighted with the end result.
