In the last six years, S&T UK’s golf day partnership with TackleAfrica has raised over £170,000 for the charity. This has enabled the charity, which delivers HIV education through football coaching to young people across Africa, to expand its work to reach a further 10,000 young people across East Africa. The event was once again, held again at the prestigious The Grove golf club in Hertfordshire on the 26th May.
The event, sponsored by S&T UK, featured celebrities from the world of football and rugby who joined together to help raise money for this vital cause. Matt Le Tissier, former Premier League and England footballer, and successful football pundit, was the after-dinner speaker.
