S&T completed Category ‘B’ fit out works at 67 Lombard Street for occupation by Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited.
The office consolidates the AJG London real estate footprint on two locations and works consisted of common areas such as conference rooms and reception rooms. One of the primary aims of the project was to accommodate c.425 seats from an existing location at 133 Houndsditch plus further seats from another location at Middlesex Street.
