S&T are restoring and refurbishing Hotel Russell, a Grade II listed hotel in central London. The Hotel Russell refurbishment project will carefully restore this landmark hotel, reinstating and enhancing the features designed by Charles Fitzroy Doll the interior designer of the Titanic.
The work consists of the refurbishment of the existing 373 guestrooms to create a 334 bedrooms and suites, restaurant, banquet hall and conference facilities. Also included in the works will be a new gym area and refurbishment of the lower ground floor meeting rooms, together with guest corridors and façade cleaning and repairs.
S&T UK was awarded a Gold Green Apple Award in the Built Environment & Architectural Heritage category for Hotel Russell project in June 2017.
