The O2 Hotel refurbishment was part of a major regeneration programme of the Greenwich Peninsula. It includes the 23-storey Peninsula Tower offering 100 serviced apartments and provides 190 acres of new business, leisure and living space with over 10,000 new homes. S&T completed a major front of house joinery/fit-out project for the new Intercontinental Hotel, London. Working directly as a specialist contractor for Grove Developments, S&T provided a range of specialist joinery and finishes across multiple areas including the spectacular, panoramic sky bar, executive lounge, Meridian and Clipper bar, fine-dining, presidential suite and the grand ballroom - the largest of its type in Europe.
