ASAAS – a semi-governmental hospitality development body, launched the 7-storey Hilton Garden Inn located in Al Khuwair, Muscat, Oman. An impressive building amidst a dense neighbourhood of buildings in central Muscat, designed to not only be aesthetically appealing, but also ensure it does not obstruct the view on any of the wings in the building. The 232 key 3-star hotel has been master planned by AEDAS Singapore while the interior design was ideated by LXA and later monitored to delivery by F&M, finally to be operated and branded under the Hilton Hotel flag as ‘Hilton Garden Inn’.
S&T executed the complete fit-out works in the modern themed public areas of the hotel – including; marble flooring, decorative and acoustic gypsum ceiling, decorative wooden ceiling, wall decorations (stones, wooden cladding, mirror), planter counters, painting works, water feature, folding partitions, fixed furniture, outdoor cobble stone flooring, and glass lobby for the atrium.
